We need to charge the 30 % of the total amount of your stay as a non refundable deposit to guarantee the booking. In case of cancellation we would not give you back the deposit, but it can be used to hold another stay in the future. If you cancelled your booking with less than 48 hours before your arrival, we will charge to your credit card the value of one night as a cancellation fee or no show.
Privacy Policies
Small and well behaved pets are allowed. It is a suplementary charge of 50 € for the special cleaning.
